The Rotary Club of South Woodham Ferrers held its Third Swimarathon between 23rd and 25th March 2007 - the following participated from Woodham Swimming Club and A LARGE APPLAUSE FOR SCOTT PRICE AND ALEX VARNEY who swam for 2 hours continuously in two teams totalling up 303 lengths (better than the unfit Chairman). The Rotary Club supported Little Haven Children's Hospice and Helen Rollason Centre.

We are here to help with all events the club participate in and have team places available for members and non -members, just email events@woodhamswimmingclub.org.uk.
- The Rotary Club of South Woodham Ferrers is holding its Second Swimarathon from 24th March until 26th March 2006 (up to 6 people make a team and swim for 60 minutes...so ALL ages and abilities). Their primary aim will be to raise money for deserving projects for the caring community of South Woodham Ferrers. This year they are supporting :- Little Haven Children's Hospice, Helen Rollason Centre and Essex Air Ambulance.
Up to 6 people make a team swimming for a total duration of 60 minutes.
